Kizomba & Semba Lessons
For All Level
Beginner
(LEVEL 1)
This level provides you with all the materials to master the fundamental & concept of Kizomba dance which you have gained from the previous workshop/ course or elsewhere. In addition, you will learn the techniques and the concept of connection.
Improver
(LEVEL 2)
Test required – This class is for those who have started to understand the foundations of Kizomba dancing in level 1 and for those dancing Kizomba between 4 months to a year. This level provides you with timing, leading & following techniques with a partner.
Intermediate
(LEVEL 3 )
As a minimum 1 year of Kizomba dancing required – This level is for those who have taken lessons regularly as more than one Kizomba dance class a week. This class will make you confident in leading & following techniques and looking to more complex combinations, transition & flow to challenge yourself .

Kizomba Workshop
Whenever you dance your body releases endorphins. This is a chemical that triggers positive energy and good vibes! So, dancing helps improve our emotional state and reduce our perception of pain. Basically, dancing is your cure for happiness!
SEMBA workshop
Dancing stimulates us physically and emotionally while there are also cognitive and social elements to it. It appears to dancers that you can get a much bigger release of endorphins when dancing than during other forms of exercise; it also connects with the emotional centres in the brain.
PRIVATE Studio
Our classes bring explicit instruction to all levels means we will make the workshop / lessons crystal clear in order to achieve your goal with plenty of feedback and chances to practice your kizomba dance.
PRIVATE studio
We understand every students have different skills and different learning abilities. Therefore, we use the most important aspects of learning abilities that are auditory, visual and kinesthetics to facilitate our classes.
Kizomba
Some might enjoy it, some might be indifferent, some might love it and some might hate it. Dancing is not just a body that makes some random moves, it includes music, rhythm, body coordination, memory and creativity that some might find very interesting and fun.
Semba
Dancing support physical and mental health by helping to prevent falls, improve posture and flexibility, lift mood and ease anxiety. It’s also a fun activity that sharpens the mind, increases aerobic power and strength, builds social bonds, and can reduce pain and stiffness.
